The
Riad was completely restored recently under the supervision
of the well-known interior designer of the fashionable Paris
boutique Dîners en Ville,
who has a consuming passion for the art of the Maghreb.
It has five large bedrooms, each with its own fully-equipped
ensuite bathroom.
The decoration of each room is inspired by local tradition,
which is reflected
in both textures, as well as colours, such as ochre,
saffron, and the famous Marrakesh red.
Opulent silks and oriental paintings complete the sophisticated
surroundings.
The Riad has a heated swimming pool, central heating, and three
terraces with their own Berber marquees that overlook the Medina
and provide a stunning view of the mountains. Guests
can also sample traditional Moroccan cuisine prepared by the
Riad's staff, which can be served on the terraces, or in the
central courtyard.
